Where we ship
YÚN currently ships within Singapore only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Age requirement
Alcohol may only be purchased and received by persons aged 18 years and above.
By placing an order with YÚN, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, and
- The recipient is at least 18 years old.
We reserve the right to request age verification upon delivery. Orders may be refused if age requirements are not met.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery address and order size.
Any applicable delivery fees will be clearly shown before payment is completed.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During launch periods, promotions, or high-volume events, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Once dispatched, local deliveries typically arrive within 2–3 business days, depending on location and courier availability.

Delivery attempts
Our courier partners will make reasonable delivery attempts.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to:
- No recipient present
- Incorrect address
- Age verification failure
Additional redelivery fees may apply.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@drinkyun.com, including:
- Your order number
- Proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Supporting photos
We will assess and assist as promptly as possible.
Responsible delivery
We encourage responsible enjoyment of our products. YÚN reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that does not comply with applicable laws or our policies.
