Change of mind?
Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Damaged items?
Fret not, we kindly ask you to reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.

What you need:
- Your order number
- Proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Supporting photos
We will review your claim and do our best to make it right — whether through a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@drinkyun.com.
Orders refused at delivery
Orders refused due to:
- Failure to meet age verification requirements, or
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
may not be eligible for a refund.
